Janice is very sweet and did a great job explaining my taxes to me. She gave my kids some fruit snacks. The other staff were nice as well.

My visit was very easy, I had not been to a tax office since the 1980s. Veronica was great, she was a pleasure to have working on my returns. She worked hard making I got the credits i deserve. All my nervousness was gone away.
