I went to this location- after sitting with the preparer for an hour and a half she stated she has an appointment with another customer soon and would have to finish my taxes at another time, asked me to allow 48 hours, after seven days I hadn't heard anything from her even after emailing her requested documents. After 7 days I visited to ask about status she still seemed to busy to see me even though she didn't have a client. I don't recommend this location.
Great experience very friendly, professional in and out no long waiting good attitude. Explain everything.
