Admittedly, my accounting and finance skills are not the best. I also know that it’s my responsibility to prepare and file taxes annually. If you need assistance with your accounting and tax preparations, I would strongly advise to go elsewhere. They appear to be far too busy and incompetent to take care of the clients they already have.
What is the purpose of making an appointment if you are told that you are welcome to come back at a different time. Then you sit down with a different representative only to input some information and then get told again that he now has another customer appt to take care of. I am so shocked at the poor service that was not provided today. Now I know why I did my taxes myself but unfortunately I had to get help because of 1099 bull. Thank you for wasting my time. Excellent customer service
My experience at this place don’t go there they don’t do your taxes right and they don’t take you as you have your appointment it happened to me and my husband, last year our appointment was at 1:00 and the lady took someone else and wanted us to wait
