Well I had to come in three times on different days. First day I came in my tax preparer told me that it would take more than three hours she had a nail appointment so she is going to do it after the weekend ( this was on a Friday) , on Monday. She told me I can choose to come (we did a drop off at that point) .... Monday comes , I didn't hear from her so I went to the office a little later than what she scheduled me for just to check. The worst experience I’ve ever had with a very simple tax return. Incompetent people here
I waited 45 minutes for my preparer before finally leaving without doing my taxes. At no point did he either step out to let me know he was running very late with his earlier client or even send out a message to me. Reception told me he knew I was waiting and a couple of other people did apologize to me.
