The worst experience I’ve ever had with a very simple tax return. Incompetent people here
I waited 45 minutes for my preparer before finally leaving without doing my taxes. At no point did he either step out to let me know he was running very late with his earlier client or even send out a message to me. Reception told me he knew I was waiting and a couple of other people did apologize to me.
