Unfortunately I was very disappointed with my experience at this H&R Block at 1793 N Zaragoza Rd D, El Paso, TX 79936. I had a appointment and after waiting for 52 mins I was done waiting. This H&R Block obviously is unorganized, careless, and does not appreciate serious business. The staff members did not professionally interacted with me, attempted to reschedule, or amend my situation. If you take your taxes seriously, do not consider this H&R Block.
Service was quick, helpful, and polite. I've been coming here for years due to their continued excellent service. Sandra is knowledgeable and efficient and my only tax prep.
