Honestly, I usually dread doing my taxes, but Angie at H&R Block made the whole thing so much easier this year. I’m giving them 5 stars because of her. Her customer service was excellent, sheactually took the time to explain things to me instead of just rushing through the paperwork. I also really liked how transparent everything was, there were no surprise fees at the end, and I knew exactly what was going on with my filing the whole time. Don't file here if you want a tax return advance. I've been able to get one every year expect now after I file with H&R. Turns out the company they work with, Pathway, has a history of scams and is overall a poor company. Never using H&R again I regret giving them a chance.
