Felt rushed and she didn't provide the guidance and advice on to midigate my taxes this year. I should have done my own taxes and I would have kept more money in my pocket. I also didn't receive any corospondence regarding the 'second look' after I filed
Only losing a star because it was hard to get someone on the phone this week but Matt picked up today and was very helpful providing me resources to solve my issues. He was great about answering my questions he knew but not fluffing answers that are better for other departments. Transparency is hard to come by these days...
Is it possible to give zero stars? If I could give negative stars, I would. H&R Block has fallen so far down in service. I would never ever use them again. Run fast away from this company. Call the company and you receive 15 different answers because you are shuttled between 15 different people or hung up on and have to call back. I’ve been seeing Sairah at this hr&r block for 3 years and would recommend her any day. She’s friendly & very knowledgeable. It gives me peace of mind to know that they are getting completed correctly. She is worth the money to have an appt with her.
