Only losing a star because it was hard to get someone on the phone this week but Matt picked up today and was very helpful providing me resources to solve my issues. He was great about answering my questions he knew but not fluffing answers that are better for other departments. Transparency is hard to come by these days...
Is it possible to give zero stars? If I could give negative stars, I would. H&R Block has fallen so far down in service. I would never ever use them again. Run fast away from this company. Call the company and you receive 15 different answers because you are shuttled between 15 different people or hung up on and have to call back. Unclear communications on what you are actually doing and who is doing it.
