Best staff!! They make doing taxes as easy as it can possibly be. No bad moods or ride people. They always have snacks and a smile at the door. This is our second year doing taxes with Debbie and I plan on being with her until she's retired.
MS. GLORIA JACKSON WAS A SWEET HEART. SHE WAS VERY CLEAR IN EXPLAINING THINGS. MY HUABAND AND I WERE CONTENT, IT WAS A PLEASURABLE EXPERIENCE.
Honestly, I wouldn't leave any stars if I had the option. Filed with Melanie this year, usually we go to Virgina (and actually like her). This year we went with Melanie and the incompetence from her when it comes to foster & adoption is beyond comprehendable to me. If you are going to work in the field of taxes, you should know what you are doing or do better research before contacting a customer. They lied to begging with. Telling me that an amendment will come little after your supposed to get your regular tax return it's been 6 months and I'm still waiting. Then the second lie is that he told me he was filling my amendment electronically. That it would be fast They asked me to almost 400 to a an amendment. And you can't even send electronically only through mail they SCAMMED ME! WORST SERVICE I've ever received
