I had been struggling with taking care of my 2023 taxes for 2 years now. Thankfully Michelle Todd was able to go above and beyond and help me with everything and also do it quick. Forsure the easiest and quickest tax appointments I've ever had. Please give her a raise she more then deserves it I wish I could do more then just a 5 star review for taking care of my nightmare that is my 2023 taxes.
We have been using the same person for a few years. It had gone pretty good I thought and we had recommended plenty of friends and family. This year was another story. 1. We waited over 35 min for our appointment. The other people ran behind, which I get can happen. However, no one really apologized and they just laughed it off.
