Very disappointed with this branch ! I called twice and asked to have my tax information emailed to me , I was told the tax agent would call me and get me set up ! I went a full 8 hours with No return call ! I even stopped at the store after work which was a 30 minute drive! I'm aware the weather was a factor and they closed early! But a phone call would have been helpful ! I will No longer use this branch going forward ! Beware folks !!!
