We found out today that our taxes were filed with errors at this location for the last two years. After we amended our taxes, we now owe back over $2,000. Please get the “peace of mind” charge so that if this happens to you, H&R Block is liable for all damages.
I love the H&R Block on Fort Campbell. I’ve always had a great experience there, especially with Nicole Jimenez Gonzalez. She does an excellent job explaining new tax updates and truly provides 5-star service. I’ll keep coming back again and again just for her!
I had a great experience with the H&R Block on Ft. Campbell. Everything was handled smoothly, the pricing was reasonable, and the service was genuinely five-star. I especially want to mention Nicole, the manager — she was professional, polite, and clearly knows her stuff. She made the whole process easy and stress-free. I couldn’t recommend her (or this office) enough and will definitely be coming back.
After getting our taxes done two weeks ago, it turns out our stuff never got submitted! Did anyone contact us? No! I found out today by calling! The only reason I’m giving it a star is because a nice lady helped us with it! Be careful doing taxes through them because they won’t tell you their systems are done etc! Nor will inform you that they didn’t submit it!
