Quick, efficient, accurate, good advice for the coming year UNTIL! I discovered that I've been charged for the Peace of Mind add-on for a number of years when I never requested it. I declined it a number of years ago when it was offered. I have called to request a refund for the 2023 tax preparation but can't get a return call
