This is the worst tax experiance that I have ever had. My wife and I scheduled our appointment and everything seemed fine. just to be safe we decided to buy the peace of mind insurance seeing as how everything seemed to easy. A few months later we started recieving letters from the IRS stating that we didn’t pay what was required. Absolutely trash I had an appointment with Denise Bartelmay she greeted me rude like i was annoying her , didnt even look at my tax documents and they advertise to look at the last 3 yrs ,i think its racism dont bother!!!
