They never actually sent my tax return in, I've gone back in twice now and each time they say "Oh, yeah it looks like (insert last person I talked to) didn't send it, and then they lie to my face and say they sent it *this time* when they still haven't because I'm still getting IDR letters.
This is the worst tax experiance that I have ever had. My wife and I scheduled our appointment and everything seemed fine. just to be safe we decided to buy the peace of mind insurance seeing as how everything seemed to easy. A few months later we started recieving letters from the IRS stating that we didn’t pay what was required.
