Had a great experience with the staff. Blerta is an amazing person and very willing to help, repeat and make the info as clear as possible. Would totally recommend working witht them.
I scheduled an in-person tax appointment at a different location so I could review my return in person with the preparer before any work was done. That request was not respected. My appointment was rescheduled without my approval, and my tax return was prepared without my consent or any in-person consultation. I did not authorize Clifton St. Hill or anyone at this location to prepare my return. This reflects a serious breakdown in communication and client consent.
