I have gone through H&R Block for around 10 years and I’ve always loved using them. Last year we moved to Ohio and decided to file taxes are selves due to just not having time. This year we went to this office and dropped them off took them a little over a week to get back to us and they tell us that we can’t file through them unless we pay an outstanding fee that we didn’t pay in the past. We recently had a bad experience with jackson Hewitt and decided to try H&R Block this year and Deb was more than willing to help not only with this years returns but also help fix jackson Hewitts mess up from last year! Very clean office with very friendly staff. Deb was more than awesome and we will be requesting her next year!
