Just know when you get a coupon to return to them to do your taxes they'll cut your quote on the phone to cover the coupon. Then you'll get your taxes done and they'll charge you more so you really you get no discount. But don't worry according to Kelly in the Lake City office you just have to raise your concern before you pay them and "maybe we can find some more discounts". We usually go here to get our taxes done. By we, I mean me and my mother-in-law. It's honestly such a wonderful place to visit and go to. Their prices are fair, the people there are honest, and their service is fast and reliable. I've never heard anyone complain about this place or the company for a good reason.
