Carol was so sweet and helpful. Anything she didn’t know, she asked which I found admirable. I see so many people just guess and go through the motions but not her. She made me laugh and feel comfortable with filing taxes. Thanks Carol!
Patrice is the best. I know i only see her once a year but she really cares about her clients. She takes the time so we can catch up on each other's lives in the past year. She's the best!
I'm done with this place. I have had so many issues this year. I will never be back. First no one knows what is going on. No one knows why they have not submitted my taxes, or why it says I didn't pay. They have a check with all my info on it for the amount signed. They are telling me that they can't run it through the machine that reads checks. So they are waiting for it to be cashed at the bank before my taxes get fully filed.
