Great Manager she did my taxes. BUT Deborah needs to retire. She needed help the entire time. She called me him Im(six foot in a boot) tall women. She was completely confused about the taxes. The Manger was great took over the tax return.
Dorothy was very helpful and friendly. The process was painless and I was contacted to review and approve my return as soon as it was ready which is fantastic and reassuring! I really appreciate the knowledgeable people that work here and how Dorothy spent the time needed to make sure I understood what she would be doing. I didn't feel rushed or anything like that. Thank you so much!
Dorothy is absolutely incredible. She is always so thorough with the entire process and explains every single step along the way. We will definitely continue going to her for years to come! She truly loves her job and we love her!
