Way too expensive! Charging customers 335 just to input information on the computer that is already given to them. You can do your taxes yourself for 10 dollars online. I will never be going back there.
Great Manager she did my taxes. BUT Deborah needs to retire. She needed help the entire time. She called me him Im(six foot in a boot) tall women. She was completely confused about the taxes. The Manger was great took over the tax return.
Dorothy was very helpful and friendly. The process was painless and I was contacted to review and approve my return as soon as it was ready which is fantastic and reassuring! I really appreciate the knowledgeable people that work here and how Dorothy spent the time needed to make sure I understood what she would be doing. I didn't feel rushed or anything like that.
