Paid $400 and my taxes still aren't complete. So many issues with my tax lady it was aggravating.. I gave up asking for help. IRS sent a letter asking for some things and when I took it to my tax lady she asked me what it said because it was "pretty long" and she "didn't want to read the whole thing" while doing my taxes she continually made rude comments... I have had my taxes done here every year for over 5 years and won’t go anywhere else. They go out of their way to get me the best refund they can and ensure I understand anything that is owed and why. I understand why people pay the small amount to have your taxes done by a human after going to this location. These people make it worth every penny. I trust them whole heartedly with my money and will be back every year.
I’ve been going here for my taxes for a few years and have always had a great experience. They’re super knowledgeable and always have my best interests at heart. I’ll keep going back as long as they are there!
