This is my first time using H&R Block in Colorado, and unfortunately, it has been the worst experience I’ve had in the five years I’ve been a customer. Our tax preparer Sarah in Parker, CO, is wonderful. I scanned and uploaded our documents and she had everything done before we got to our appointment. She went over everything thoroughly. Fortunately it all came out in our favor. We had a question about a contribution and how it would affect next year. She showed us exactly how it was going to affect us.that gave us peace of mind. This review is for Natee at H&R Block, not H&R Block itself. If Natee left, I’d go wherever she was going. She is outstanding. She never forgets to call back, even if she’s working with clients until late. And I’ve been one of those clients with difficult taxes that had to keep her until very late, and she is so thorough and knowledgeable and patient with questions. Give Natee a raise. The tax person I got was unprofessional and gave me no confidence that she did my taxes correctly. She never introduced herself or even said hello but gave me a big wave into her cubicle. She had food on her lip the whole time, made a mistake on my taxes and thank God Matthew was there to correct it. She told me they don’t give paper copies of taxes anymore but that I had to download an app for that. When I questioned her about it she magically appeared with a paper copy for me. I definitely will avoid her in the future.
