Bob Holland does our taxes every year. He is great to work with! He's laid back and knows his stuff! The people working the front desk are always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend H&R Block in Carrboro.
Service is good but service fee is too high.
Recommend you go anywhere else or do it yourself. 1) There were several basic mistakes on return resulting in IRS review. 2) despite the flyers in the window, the price quoted was not the price we were charged.
Susie was very unpleasant and rude on several occasions. Very prejudice and racist as it relates to her approach handling my taxes. I received an email stating she was uncomfortable filing my taxes although I file with h n r block every year. This office is very unprofessional and the environment was very hostile and rude towards customers. I would not recommend this office to anyone who is local in the carrboro or chapel hill area.
