Very rude lady who likes to wear rings as a necklace. I came in as an existing customer from last year, I requested my 1040 tax form to have documentation of what I needed this year. Seems no one could explain or help me with my questions as I was asking for my ID number and what to look for when it came to filling out for this years form. Beware of working with Teresa. Gave one star, because I had to. Adds no value to appointment. Would have saved money if I filed online myself. Just gets you in and out.
