Very rude lady who likes to wear rings as a necklace. I came in as an existing customer from last year, I requested my 1040 tax form to have documentation of what I needed this year. Seems no one could explain or help me with my questions as I was asking for my ID number and what to look for when it came to filling out for this years form. Everyone seemed to have no clue, especially the rude woman, when she thought I was just trying to file taxes last minute when I stated to her that wasn’t the case. Beware of working with Teresa. Gave one star, because I had to. Adds no value to appointment. Would have saved money if I filed online myself. Just gets you in and out.
