The person who did our taxes this year gave me the child tax credit even though I wasn't head of household. This caused us to lose out on a significant amount of money. Three weeks ago we told them we wanted them to retract both returns (it's now the middle of May). Now today they call us asking what we want them to do. We told them what to do three weeks ago and they still aren't doing it.
