Did my 2023 taxes here. I received my federal tax return, but no my state tax return. I called them many times month after month and all they keep telling me is that my taxes was probably filed by mail and it will take longer for that reason. Tax season already passed and i never received my refund and my application doesn’t show up in the system. It never arrived. Terrible service if I had the option to leave 0 stars I would Don’t ever bothering setting an appointment they take walk in’s before they take people who have appointments
