Absolutely terrible service the young lady that was trying to help me was fantastic but the older woman that runs the place has and absolute attitude about any questions you may have about all the new stuff this year she acted completely unprofessional and downright terrible with her customer service. I would never recommend this location to anyone the worst experience I have ever had with h and r block hands down. Would have given 0 stars if that was an option.
Friendly people and a good atmosphere.
Too expensive to file my return. I file a simple return with standard deductions. It took about 20-25 minutes to complete the return and I was charged $150. That was an increase of $65 over last year.
