I called around to different tax professionals and could not get the help I needed. I came across the H&R Block located on the Grand Concourse. Mrs. Rosanna Aquino called me right away and worked side by side with me on past and my current tax returns and she was amazing. I couldn't ask for a better person than her she was so nice to work with and guided me in the right direction with all my tax needs. This woman needs is essential for the company she works for. Went there for a Notary, the customer service rep was very nice. Not only was there a wait time from 30mins to 1 hour, we were told because the Notary woman didn't have a stamp. The Notary woman had an attitude and stated she had other clients, what clients? I am a client in front on you. Her attitude is horrible and will cost this particular location customers. I wouldn't let her Notarize my name if I could
