I came to this location this past tax season. The woman put my information in the computer incorrectly & told me I owed. I was surprised by that. Then she made a smart comment like “why don’t you have them taking enough out of your paycheck?” I knew she was wrong so I got up & walked out. Janise Jones is an excellent tax preparer. My mother had her taxes done by Janise after I had read all the great reviews of Janise. The reviews were true. She is knowledgeable and with such a pleasant personality, she makes you feel at ease, especially when getting your taxes done can be overwhelming at times. I highly recommend Janise Jones.
