This place used to be good. Since Rachel left it has gone down hill. The staff barely understand what they are doing, and charge $500 to do it. Then they don't want to anything with amended returns even though they filed the original. They try to reschedule appointments, if you schedule it too early in the day.
Took 5 called to get a answer. A gue told me he can't do anything for me since I don't have my social card. I called Jackson Hewitt and they said come right on in and we'll take care of ya!. People. Don't waste your time even calling h&r block let alone walking in
