We had to pay for a tax pro to complete our sons 2023 tax return online, and the pro gave advise and told us the return was then good to e-file. After three weeks the IRS sent my son a letter asking for missing forms from the return or it would not be processed. H&RB pro did not deliver what we paid for! My son is still waiting to hear back from them!!
