I’ve been filling taxes here for years. Always over paying to file taxes at this place. And I always pay my tax bill by the start of April. I have told my tax “pro” 3 times when I will be paying previously. Then out of no where, this person named Judy, starts calling me to ask when I will pay, and again, I stated when and repeated it 3 times on the phone. She still couldn’t understand when I was going to pay! I have 30 days left to pay still. At the end of the phone call, she not only didn’t get me to pay today, she lost me ... read more

H&R Block has mostly always been our tax company.. my family used it, and I started. They’ve always been extremely professional! I love the Englewood Fl branch! Robert Dipieteo is a great, wonderful, knowledgeable professional with over 17 years experience. He always takes the load of stress off my back and makes me smile when I leave. I was PLEASANTLY surprised at my experience here regarding customer service. Judy greeted me at the front counter and was extremely friendly and helpful & Roberto did a fabulous job efficiently filing my taxes. I would come back again because it is rare to find customer service this excellent. The one downside was that the cost was much higher than I would have expected because my taxes are not complicated, but the other tax services I contacted were grumpy and just as unaffordable as everything in life seems to be right now... read more
