I was PLEASANTLY surprised at my experience here regarding customer service. Judy greeted me at the front counter and was extremely friendly and helpful & Roberto did a fabulous job efficiently filing my taxes. I would come back again because it is rare to find customer service this excellent. The one downside was that the cost was much higher than I would have expected because my taxes are not complicated, but the other tax services I contacted were grumpy and just as unaffordable as everything in life seems to be right now... read more
