Great service, friendly, professional, fast, and love the ability to do a walk-in.... but not at all worth the price! They were young to charge me $205, I said that's way too much, they said we can skip filing your local taxes and it'll only be $169, and then they gave me an envelope with the adress already on it and all my paperwork inside for local taxes already filled out, and all I had to do was send it in myself and pay for a stamp, so they were going to charge me $36 to do something that only cost me a $0.78 stamp. Worst experience we’ve ever had to deal with! We’ve been going for 3 years and each year it got worse and worse. This year our taxes were completely screwed up and were then audited due to mistakes made by h&r but when confronted and questioned they claimed it wasn’t them. I would not recommend as they are not as knowledgeable as they claim to be.
I also file single and inflation to do taxes will probably put these places out as there are better alternatives but someone has to pay for their advertising and fancy green logos everywhere to many hands in the taxpayers pockets but they never did mess mine up.
