Worst experience we’ve ever had to deal with! We’ve been going for 3 years and each year it got worse and worse. This year our taxes were completely screwed up and were then audited due to mistakes made by h&r but when confronted and questioned they claimed it wasn’t them. I would not recommend as they are not as knowledgeable as they claim to be.
I also file single and inflation to do taxes will probably put these places out as there are better alternatives but someone has to pay for their advertising and fancy green logos everywhere to many hands in the taxpayers pockets but they never did mess mine up.
