Amy did my taxes here at the salem location and put my flex account spending as income which cost me $700 on my return and $196 to prepare. I've called to have it fixed but no one will return my calls. I highly recommend not getting your taxes done here. They are not worth the cost.
My experience with H&R block was overall extremely satisfying. My tax professional was April Maxwell and her general knowledge, expertise, professionalism, and kindness was impeccable. She is truly unmatched! She showed me patience and understanding when I didn't understand something that required an explanation that, unfortunately, is not the average customer experience these days. More businesses need employees like April! Not to mention, the fees were reasonable and fairly price. Thank you, again!
