I called to get some assistance after already filling our taxes and the man who I spoke with just simply hung up on me instead of trying to keep a customer... absolutely unprofessional... I will never file taxes through HR block again all 3 eau claire locations have gave us issues over the last few years and only getting worse...

i've been a happy customer of H & R Block for at least 16 years. My wife and I had a very uncomfortable and disrespectful experience with Diane. She became frustrated answering our basic, legitimate questions, and after one such question, she pivoted her chair away from us, paused, placed her elbows on her desk, hands in front of her face (in a face-palm type manner), closed her eyes, made a very long loud sigh, then was snippy and condescending in her response.
