I went to H and R Block today for the first time, Raven was my tax agent. The office was clean and bright. The receptionist was friendly and professional. Raven was friendly, professional, and so kind. She was confident and efficient. I am very happy with my experience! I already booked my appointment for next year. Thank you to Raven! The other tax agents were friendly, professional, and spoke kindly to their clients. Everyone was dressed professionally and I was very impressed with my overall experience.

I had the most unfortunate experience with Anita Garg this year. After years of her doing mine and my mother’s taxes, I contacted her in January to see if she would do my taxes, even though I moved out of state last year. In person, I’ve always regarded her as easy to work with and polite. We scheduled a phone appointment for the end of February and I began gathering all of my 2025 tax docs.
