I had my simple 1040 form taxes done and the preparer told me I owed taxes which I do every year. But this amount she told me was outrageous. I went back to her and she basically blew me off. Two days later I went to a different H&R Block office and had the mgr. there look at it. Turns out the original tax preparer had made a $3,000 mistake. I had my taxes amended.
I had a very easy and comfortable experience with Ms. Martina. She was extremely helpful and informative, definitely will be coming back.
