The most unprofessional tax “professionals” I’ve ever experienced. I always do my own taxes through TurboTax and I needed some help amending an old return. At the time of setting the appointment and calling I mistakenly didn’t have the necessary documents uploaded so I wasn’t prepared. Heather Sayers was a rude and unhelpful person.
