Made a same-day appointment and was pleasantly surprised. Worked with tax pro Chad. He was knowledgeable and efficient and explained each step of the process. The whole appointment took just over an hour, time well spent since I was dreading the process. Chad made the experience a breeze.
So this is my second time using H&R Block and the customer service here is something else, just wonderful. Makes you really appreciate all they do, and justifies the whole reason I came here for their help. Dolores and Denise really are great. I'm so thankful.
