Maura is horrible at communicating through the app. I had to file an extension because it’s past tax day because I have not heard from her after several messages and calls to the office. Go any where else.
Made several appointments and no one ever showed up
Terrible experience. Brought taxes in 6 weeks before deadline and tax professional never filed taxes despite multiple attempts to reach them. Customer service was rude and they made tax season very stressful.
Very dissatisfied with the price I was quoted vs. what I had to pay to get my taxes done, and NO explanation of why I had to pay so much for such a simple return.
Excellent service and very knowledgeable. Got me in and out without rushing.
