Made several appointments and no one ever showed up
Terrible experience. Brought taxes in 6 weeks before deadline and tax professional never filed taxes despite multiple attempts to reach them. Customer service was rude and they made tax season very stressful.
Very dissatisfied with the price I was quoted vs. what I had to pay to get my taxes done, and NO explanation of why I had to pay so much for such a simple return.
Excellent service and very knowledgeable. Got me in and out without rushing.
This is by far, the WORST place to get your taxes done. My husband was using this place before we were married and they charged him and gave him a copy of his tax return and NEVER actually filed the return. They then tried to blame him and said they needed more information from him. How do you sign AND PAY for your return but they never actually filed it?
