I really needed help with my tax returns from previous years when I walked in here years ago. I can't recall my initial walk in conversation but I know I wasn't rude -- however, I was wearing a bookbag and might have looked a little homeless at the time. The two women who worked here who I interacted with when I walked in treated me like I was a bad person. This happened probably over two years ago but it still bothers me to this day. Again, I wasn't rude or threatening to them and I'm certain I didn't smell.
It cost $608 then another $40 to guarantee it was correct. SMH
