I submitted my taxes on February 22nd. I have called twice and emailed more about concern regarding the extreme delay. It’s two days before the deadline and I still haven’t gotten any communication from them. Never using them again.
Great staff. Great service. Two years in a row. Wouldn't go anywhere but H&R Block in Hayden.
I have gone to H&R Block for years. I have never had an issue and will recommend it to all. They have the option to subtract the amount owed for their service from your taxes, so you don't have to pay at the time of service. This is a plus for me. I have tried doing my owe taxes on-line, but it was not correct. The IRS corrected my error and found that they owed me more money and paid me what I was owed. It goes to show if you don't know what you’re doing, leave it to the professionals.
