I submitted my taxes on February 22nd. I have called twice and emailed more about concern regarding the extreme delay. It’s two days before the deadline and I still haven’t gotten any communication from them. Never using them again.
Great staff. Great service. Two years in a row. Wouldn't go anywhere but H&R Block in Hayden.
