Very unprofessional, confusing and misleading stay away from university plaza.
This office is absolutely incompetent. I had a 4 PM appointment, but decided to leave my papers there and they would call me since it was a very simple return. I was assured on three occasions that they would finish my taxes that day. But no one ever called me or did my taxes. When I called the main number the next day, they had no record of me, the people at the office took 15 minutes to come to the front door and another 15 minutes to find my papers.
