The lady who helped us was inattentive and missed crucial details which left us in the lurche. Absolutely dont recommend, im sure this stuff gets boring when you do it all the time but this matters to everyone who comes in alot..

Staff was great and it was easy to find location.
Rude & impatient staff, I have went with H&R Block the past few years and unfortunately they have lost my business. This year was the worst experience I’ve had. My tax professional was extremely difficult to get ahold of, I never got a good answer to my questions. One of the tax professionals rolled her eyes at me because I didn’t schedule an appointment for a few simple questions. I can’t believe these people think it’s great to get a tax refund.
