Really wrong decision to select this HR Block after I read a review very good. Or my bad luck to get this expert. Seems like she doesn’t care about customers and care only herself. Lack of communication. Don’t done by the time as promised and silence for whole week. I try to message her and call but nothing hear back from expert. The service comes with the $830 cost. How you treat people like this. And 2 weeks already my situation is not done yet. Still waiting for her free time to do my taxes. Really upset!!
