Karen is great. She's patient with educating me through the different questions. Everything is explained slowly for understanding and she walks you through every step. She's non judgemental and kind. You don't feel rushed at all.
Karen has been a wonderful person to do our taxes every year, couldn't ask for more.

The tax people are great but the lady at the front desk made my visit not worth it in the end. I had declined getting a second look and when I was walking out, the lady at the front desk had started to talk to me about my visit and going to extended lengths just to get me to do a second look and i had accepted in the end because she went through all the trouble just to do this when i had already declined and it had ended in me getting a parking violation ticket for my meter running out of time.
