If I could give this location zero stars I certainly would. Dropped my w2's off then had to come back 4 times because they had everything wrong. Asked them to send me a link so I could digitally sign off on my taxes they didn't even know what I was talking about. I have always filed my taxes with TurboTax and never had any issues. This year, I decided to try H&R Block after hearing from a friend that they routinely offer refund advances, which sounded helpful. I submitted my information online, was told I was eligible for an advance, signed the required form, and scheduled an appointment with a tax professional. Going through my past years tax information as tax season is approaching. The lady told me the completely wrong information when explaining everything to me and when I would ask questions for clarification she would make me feel like an idiot. Will definitely not be back this year.
