Great service, lou ann ward is a tax expert definitely a professional in her field. Finally able to have taxes done and not be worried about anything!
Had a terrible experience this year, my bank account info was entered incorrect and I was never asked to verify on screen if it was correct. Now I’m out 400 dollars and have yet to receive my refund or even know when I will. I also paid a fee to have the funds direct deposited and have not been offered a refund for that service although they never direct deposited my refund. Very disappointed and never again!!!!
