Horrible experience. Told me I had no taxable income. Then I told her look at my cover letter. She seemed surprised I had 6 Morgan Stanley accts and over 100,000 in taxable income. Lie and say it’s ready. Lie when they say they will call you back. Incompetent liars. Then they called this year to schedule an appt. lol. Really? Huge shout out to Audrey for her incredible service again this year! We feel like we really put her through it and she answers every question and gets the job done quickly and efficiently.
Since moving to the area in 2023 Audrey has done our taxes and we have been with her ever since. She is incredibly friendly, communicative and just a very warm person.
