Have tried for 2.5 months to get a copy of my 2023 Tax Return, they are unable to locate it. I've stopped into the Grape Road office and the secretary told me she had to put in a help ticket and would call me the next day. She never did. I've been speaking with a Luana, who has all my information and now won't return any of my calls. Sherrilyn Stone is the lady !!!! She's very outstanding very reliable respectful and has a heart of gold .. Even after computer and tablet issues and all this lady still was focused on getting the job done .. Go to her to get your taxes done and you won't regret it that's for sure !!! Amazing lady !!!! Edited now get a notification from IRS saying 2021 taxes were never received!!! Oh my God H&R Mishawaka SUCKS I went into the office on the 14th of April to finalize my taxes my tax preparer Charles was not there that day I had another person finish it up we signed it up owed $225 got everything taken care of supposedly sign the papers she was going to file everything and only to find out just two days ago on the 20th of May that our taxes have still not been completed nor filed. Called them today, got pushed to another off site representative. After painstakingly given information and rep trying to get me an appointment in SOME ? OFFICE I finally got to how much it would cost and it was $ 600 and probably more because I didn't give them all the information......Save your money and go somewhere eles
