Terrible place wouldn’t recommend anyone go there. I paid to have my taxes done and they still won’t give me a copy of my state taxes. Online app doesn’t work either. Managers have a policy against sending you a copy of them. I’m going to see if my lawyer can get them. Wasted many days trying to get them and waiting for the copy to come in the mail that they should have given me. I was on the phone all weekend with their 1 800 number and no one would give them to me or were even able to fix their online service
Gave them our business tax info and personal tax info Feb 1st. It is now June 13th and our taxes aren't even close to being finished. They have not answered calls and are dragging us around. Will definitely not be coming back next year. Very disappointed!
Scheduled appointment online, received confirmation email for appointment and a reminder email for my appointment. When I showed up for my appointment I was told by the receptionist " You don't have an appointment today". I showed her the confirmation email stating I did infact have an appointment that day and time and I was told "The online scheduling doesn't work very well, we can get you in next week". I do not recommend HR Block and will never use them again.
