This location did my tax returns incorrectly, then they want me to pay again to have them redone? I can understand a mistake, we're all human but for them not to make it right is inappropriate customer service and not a good representation of the company.
Nathalie S. was very friendly and knowledgeable. I’m very happy with her services and she explained the entire process along the way so that I thoroughly understood each document. My appointment went very quickly and I should have my return soon. Thank you all at H&R Block. Also, big thank you to front desk staff as they called to make sure I was happy with services and check in with me. Will be doing taxes here again next year!
