Nathalie S. was very friendly and knowledgeable. I’m very happy with her services and she explained the entire process along the way so that I thoroughly understood each document. My appointment went very quickly and I should have my return soon. Thank you all at H&R Block. Also, big thank you to front desk staff as they called to make sure I was happy with services and check in with me. Will be doing taxes here again next year!

Candice R. has no idea what she is doing, she was unresponsive on multiple occasions using the same excuse both times. Not sure she realized she already used the excuse with me, making it blatantly obviously she was lying. She has had my information for over two weeks and still hasn't completed my return. I went to Jackson Hewitt and they had my return completed within an hour. If you end up with Candice R. as you tax "professional" you're better off going somewhere else.
