overall terrible experience, my agent seemed like she really didn't know what she was doing. She had to keep getting other agents to come over and help her, show her what docs to use. She kept getting confused with my different W-2 and 1099 forms. She clicked on a drop down that had nothing to do with my situation and then selected an option and I was the one that had to mention it her so that she could go back and remove what she had selected.
