I had high hopes going into my tax appointment with H&R Block, but unfortunately, the experience was anything but professional. The staff seemed rushed and inattentive, barely taking the time to understand my situation. I was charged a hefty fee, and to make matters worse, they made an error that delayed my refund significantly. Communication was poor throughout the process. They are unprofessional. Customer service is bad. They don't reply to your emails and messages. The manager did so many mistakes in my taxes last year. Not recommended.

Ultimately, I cannot recommend this service due to the pervasive issues encountered.
